Following the latest RNS, the advice is to act now. The advice below only applies if you have not waived the right to Retention of Tile previously.

We would recommend you email the buyer now to withdraw the right for the company to deal in their goods without prior permission (license to sell). This will help to safeguard the retention of title position later on for goods related to unpaid invoices.

Once administrators are appointed we would recommend that you send a copy of the above email to them and ask for your stock to be ring-fenced pending inspection and agreement of a RoT claim.
