M GROUP SNAPS UP BABCOCK'S OVERHEAD LINE POWER BUSINESS
M Group Services has completed the £75m acquisition of Babcock International Group's Overhead Line Power business.
The acquired outfit operates in the overhead line electric transmission and distribution industry that lies at the heart of the UK's transition to Net Zero.
It maintains the highest safety standards to clients including National Grid, Scottish Power Energy Networks and Western Power Distribution.
Following the acquisition, the business will be rebranded to form part of Morrison Energy Services.
